Registration rates are equivalent to 2011 Geneva Seminar
Companies based in Switzerland Delegates whose company is based in Switzerland are asked to register via invoice (no administration fee will be included). A VAT of 8% will be added on the registration amount. For this please contact conference coordinator Kathlyn Saillen at kathlyn@kingsman.com

Cancellation of Registrations Registrations can be cancelled in writing (letter, fax, email) up until 5th March 2012. A non-refundable handling charge of CHF100 (equivalent to EUR 82) will be deducted from the refunded amount. After that date (5th March 2012) no refunds can be made. However a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. The cancellation policy applies to all methods of registration including invoices and online registrations.
Accommodation All accommodation at the Hotel Stasbourg Geneva is now fully booked. Please seek accommodation at another nearby venue.
Privacy of Information The names and organisation of all delegates will be distributed at the conference as part of the normal conference materials. Delegate details, including contact information, may be provided to the sponsors if requested, please contact kathlyn@kingsman.com
Insurance All delegates are recommended to take out their own travel and cancellation insurance and to extend their policy for personal accident, health problems and possessions against cancellation of booking, theft or loss of belongings. The organisers accept no liability for these matters.
Language The official language of the conference is English.
Dress Smart casual dress is recommended for the seminar session. If you are more comfortable in business attire, please dress that way.
