Accommodation
We recommend accommodation at the Centara Grand at CentralWorld, Bangkok, Thailand. Please note, we have been able to book only a limited number of rooms at the Centara Grand at the special rate which includes breakfast. Please book early to ensure your accommodation.
Cancellation
Registrations can be cancelled in writing (letter, fax, email) up until 11 May 2012. A non-refundable handling charge of $US100 will be deducted from the refunded amount. After that date 11 May 2012) no refunds can be made. However a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. This cancellation policy applies to all methods of registration including invoices and online registrations.
Cancellation of accommodation bookings should be made directly with the Centara Grand, Bangkok and are subject to that venue's cancellation policy. Please see Venue and Accommodation page for further details.

Visa Information & Entry requirements
All travelers to Thailand must have a valid passport with one completely blank visa page and at least six month remaining validity. By law visitors must carry their passport at all times whilst in the country.
Visitors from many countries including the US, Canada, most EU countries, Russia, Japan, Hong Kong, most ASEAN countries, and Australia do not need a visa.
If arriving by air granting of a 30 day permit is usual, with a 15 day permit issued to visitors arriving by land. One exception to this is that visitors from Korea, Brazil and Peru are generally granted a 90 day permit. Proof of onward transit by way of a valid ticket is also a requirement as is proof of adequate finances for the duration of stay in Thailand may be required (i.e., cash 10,000 Baht per person and 20,000 Baht per family).
Visitors from some countries will either be required to obtain a visa before arrival in Thailand or may be issued with a visa upon arrival. These visas allow visitors to remain in the country for a maximum of 15 days.

Privacy of Information
The names and organisation of all delegates will be distributed at the conference as part of the normal conference materials. Delegate details, including contact information, may be provided to the sponsors if requested.
Insurance
All delegates are recommended to take out their own travel and cancellation insurance and to extend their policy for personal accident, health problems and possessions against cancellation of booking, theft or loss of belongings. The organisers accept no liability for these matters.
Language
The official language of the conference is English.
Dress
Smart casual dress is recommended for the conference sessions. If you are more comfortable in business attire, please dress that way.
